ExtraStrength is a newsletter and blog published from New Zealand. The publisher can be contacted at christian@extrastrength.co.

• Contact form submissions: If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to the publisher via Resend. This data is not stored in a database.
• Analytics data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, visit duration). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. No third-party ad tracking is used.

How we use your data

• Email addresses are used solely to send the ExtraStrength newsletter.
• Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
